Membership Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Sensory Solutions! By subscribing to our membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Subscription and Renewal:
a. You can choose between three membership options: monthly, 3 monthly, or annual.
b. Your membership will be automatically renewed based on the option you selected during signup.
c. Monthly memberships will renew on a monthly basis, 3 monthly memberships will renew every three months, and annual memberships will renew annually.
d. You will be billed automatically using the payment method provided during signup, unless you cancel your membership before the renewal date.

2. Cancellation and Refunds:
a. You have the right to cancel your membership at any time. To cancel, you can choose one of the following methods:
i. Log in to your account on a computer (not phone), go to your profile, navigate to the billing section, and click on the "Subscription" tab. From there, you can follow the prompts to cancel your membership.
ii. Alternatively, you can email us directly at otplayfortoday@gmail.com to request cancellation.

b. Please note that cancellation requests must be made at least 7 before your next renewal date.
c. No refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for any unused portion of your membership.
d. If you cancel your membership, you will continue to have access to the membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.

3. Account Access and Responsibility:
a. Your membership is personal to you and is not transferrable to any other individual.
b. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
c. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Content and Intellectual Property:
a. All content provided as part of the membership is for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without our prior written consent.
b. All intellectual property rights related to the membership and its content remain the property of Sensory Solutions.

5. Termination:

b. In the event of termination or suspension, you will no longer have access to the membership benefits.
