Accredited Whole-School Training Programme
Nurturing Environments Specialist Training (NEST) is a whole-school training programme designed to give you everything you need to fully understand and support students with sensory processing and communication difficulties within your pre-school and/or school.
Delivered by a highly specialist Occupational Therapist and Speech and Language Therapist, you will be guided through each stage in the process of your setting and staff becoming sensory and communication champions.
Alongside the training programme, you will also have access to our NEST Community - an exclusive virtual drop-in clinic, hosted by your very own Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist. Within the NEST Community, you will have monthly virtual drop-in Q&A sessions for 12 months of personalised support with your Occupational Therapist and Speech Therapist.
Bespoke Staff Training and Supervision
Vicky provides bespoke workshops (in-person and virtual) and supervision to individuals and staff teams, on the following topics:
- Sensory Processing
- Developmental Coordination Disorder (Dyspraxia)
- Pre-writing and Handwriting Development
Vicky has provided training for a number of NHS teams such as Health Visitors, Speech and Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Down Syndrome Charities and Portage.
